Why am I so selfish? What can I do to not be so full of myself?
I am so afraid of getting old. A part of me just wants to accept age with grace and beauty going along with all the changes, but the other part wants to fight it because I so don't want to be old, confused, unable to move around like I'm so used to doing. I want to stay as young as possible. In order to really adopt this lifestyle, I'm going to stop at age 25. I will be 25 every year until I turn 40. Then I'll be 40 until who knows when. Until then...I still have time to figure things out.

Why is everything so expensive? It's really lame. I have to get up early to go represent Morgan County, and I really don't want to get up early because I have a cold and did not sleep well last night. Lame. In other news, ND lost, but it's going to be okay. I have faith in ND, and I look forward to going to ND this upcoming weekend. GO IRISH!

I am so tired of all the shit that goes on. From small companies to the government. There's a lot of shit that just isn't right. The sheer inefficiency of a small business and lack of effort by employees is simply unacceptable. For anyone working in a small company--when you're bored out of your mind--there is always something to do. Always! Don't just sit there wasting the day away; ask for something to do. Better yet take a look around you and see what can be improved and take some initiative. To the government--why are you in politics? You aren't there to serve yourself but your country. Every decision made based solely on your party's politics and not your constituents is made for the wrong reasons. Stop being cowards; stop pleasing your party; stop spending money on things that serve no purpose to the betterment of your constituents. I'm so sick of all of this. It could be so much better, but no. Let's just continue on the way we have--ignoring our purpose and putting up with this crap. Let's just sit by and let time be wasted and the government screw us. It's disgusting. This country was not founded so we could be controlled and taken care of by our government. Take a look at history. We founded this nation to separate from a power which taxed us unfairly and tried to control us in ways which were unacceptable. What's happening now? Ever looked at what you're being taxed--how much is taken away? And for what purpose? Seriously.

You can recycle a lot of things. There's lots of websites for referencing how to recycle things too. If you're going to just throw something out when moving or cleaning...maybe you can recycle it...check on-line before you toss something.

I'm back. The Irish beat the Wolverines, and it was super exciting. No, it wasn't the best win ever, but a win is a win, and I'll take it. Other than that, I had a super weekend hanging out with friends in TX. Thanks to Lyd, Steph, and Lyd's family for making the weekend so awesome.

I won't be posting (probably) for a few days, but I'll be back in 5-6 days. All I have to say is GO IRISH--BEAT WOLVERINES!!!

One of the coolest things I discovered is that you can clean jewelry with toothpaste. Freakin' A Man! It's so cool. You use regular toothpaste--like the white kind of paste, wet your piece, and rub it between your fingers or use an old or cheap toothbrush you are no longer using and scrub it up. Get it all scrubbed up and wash it off with water. Repeat if necessary. I have my ND necklace that I wore a lot, and it needed cleaning. I was amazed at how clean I could get it with simple toothpaste! It was awesome! :) So now you know, if you want to clean up a necklace or medallion or something, use toothpaste! If it doesn't work, you can always go to a jewelry store.

The largest mammal is the blue whale--maybe I'll get to see one someday. In other news, I was rejected from a job that I hadn't finished applying for on-line, so that's fun.

There must be a balance between writing a lot and just putting up links. We watched 21 tonight, and it was all right. Gets me excited about math in a nerdy way. If you're interested in card counting, you can check it out on wikipedia.
